horrible experience.location of hotel not on mall road.shower of bathroom not working and washroom and floor is dirty. in night they do not provide room service if you need water they don't pick call . totally i suggest that booking of this hotel is waste of money.

It was very very bad Experience this time to stay in this hotel staffs behaviour is very pathetic...food is very costly and morning breakfast paid 450 per person only 2 itoms are there ...no convince from nainital bus stand to there you have to climb 108 stairs which is very straight..rooms are very old no proper service no cleaning there bed and almirah also very dirty

silverton hotel is a lovely place but recommended for young people.
a few points to specify here.
it has got fabulous lake view , brownie points for that 👍🏼 though it doesn't qualify for " hotel on mall road " it's next to impossible to hop on to mall road multiple times in a day due to its enormus height and distance by steep road. even stairs available is a very very difficult option

pathetic experience. very bad service. electric kettle are in bad condition. tv is not recharged. geysers are not working in some rooms. bedsheet was dirty. never ever recomend this place to anyone.
it just doesn't justify the pricing they are charging.

Silverton Nanital -very bad experience. spoiled our day and one bad experience added in our memory.but the condition and hygiene was pathetic. all false picture by the hotel management.also parking space not available and the roads are very narrow. only one side movement possible. commute might be an issue as the hotel is on a little elevation from Mall road.
