Good for weather experience due to high altitude location of the hotel. Very well maintained and spacious lobby, garden and parking area. Bathrooms are a bit small for the rooms and congested. Food is average and the price they have kept for lunch/dinner options is too high and unacceptable for a 3-Star Hotel. Buffet is arranged according to their convenience as even full hotel rooms also don’t have their attention. No high tea options. Go for just beautiful weather experience and location.

good location good food but room was not cleaned... bed sheet was dirty and full of stains... bathroom is narrow and conjusted....

Poor service, door bell and phone not working, no response in phone call, restaurant menu is limited with high cost, i booked a premier room but vally view not there, this is a old property not worthy with Booking price, Only positive thing is location and view from hotel garden
