Hotel is situated at city centre karol bagh . Not that great but bed sheet were not clean when we request to change they immediately did that
As women traveller hotel is sage because situated at city center not soo great on terms of cleanliness but ok to manage for day

I booked Triple sharing room, the hotel gave room, where 3rd mattress could hardly be placed. Ultimately, I paid 1000₹ to upgrade the room.

Room r not as it is shown on images. rooms r old. but service is good. they don't accept cards for payment and if u want to make payment through card they ll charge you 12% extra.

Room was clean but Room telephone wire found disconnected, when locked the door midnight , i was unable to open the door next morning because Dead bolt lock got jammed ,on top of that phone not working,created a panicky situation.

Staff not good I submitted all members id poor but the staff asked again & again about home address and too much argument and don't provide Water also for drinking from hotel and no have water bucket also in the washroom. My family is not happy 😌.
