excellent stay ♡ value for money 10/10 hospitality, staff behavior was excellent & quite helpful in every matters, food here was amazing , location is 10/10, peaceful and truly soul healing experience.

Fantastic location just in front of beautiful morjim beach, limited but good breakfast options, I booked room 121 with personal jacuzzi in balcony, it was not a jacuzzi at all, no water pressure at all, it was like a bath tub only, other than that rest all good, I also booked another extra day, but this time without jacuzzi, as its worthless, their common jacuzzi works well, but personal one was pathetic, property also has swimming pool

AC non function. Water dropping out of AC. Rooms are stinking like anything. Not a good menu in breakdast.

The property is beach facing and that is the only forte.The wash basins have salty water and your eyes burn if you splash it on your eyes or face.They don't have filtered fresh water for the wash basins or for bathing and they can't provide it either.Rooms are not worth more than 3.5k to 4k.

Too crowded, rave parties happening around.. rooms have not been renovated since a while, AC makes loud noise, bathtub does not work. Service is average, all they are interested is at the time the time of check out they will drive you mad even if you are late by 10 mins. Also they hardly spend like 2 mins cleaning the room. Food is bad.

The resort is right on beautiful beach!Staff is well manneredHowever the property is very old And during our stay there was lots of construction going on We didn't get hot water in room and had to ask for bucket (1 day)Reception staff gave us free upgrade that was kind of her.Would definitely visit again but during peak season as lots of things were under maintenance or not available during off seasonRestaurant staff even made us custom foods for infant.They should call you in advance regarding ...more

property is shattered now need renovation highly , we booked a suit that was hardly a suit . service is good food is good but property is very poor . rooms are stinky , ac leaked water. and property is highly over priced . suit cost was not more than 4000 hardly . very disappointing. my money gone in water
