Broken furniture and not so clean rooms. Total waste of money and room rates did not justify the overall ambience of room and facilities provided..

The worst place ever one can stay.....take it as my advise and don't book this hotel....don't go ahead just bcos it's on the ghaat...even that feels not worth...it's 10 times overpriced for the hotel it is...dirty approach and u need to walk for 2km in the most dirty path which can be harmful for ur health.

the view is excellent, place is little isolated and near to chausati ghat. you can ask anyone or type the location on google map. food is little expensive and too salty. staff is good and there was no trouble.

Very pathetic room, super bakwas location service. Totally wastwage of trip and money. We back room after 12 hours but no cleaning no arrangement. We left all four rooms at night and took another hotel rooms for spending nigt Room location service all are very poor First time in my life I experienced this pathetic hotel in such a high price

hotel is nice and staff is also good but be careful from Mr Rakesh who is their guide as he will take you for sightseeing and won't tell the amount and in end will demand double amount. he will charge extra in all tours and won't guide you properly he is only after money and will misguide you. we missed ganga arti even after paying double money.

Location is very good...hotel should be more clean as it's a heritage hotel. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Being in bank of Ganges the entry is a little far with no transportation....so for elderly and sick it is little uncomfortable.

Pros: hotel is next to ghats. cons: from the main road till hotel, you really need to struggle hard to reach the location. This itself is an adventure. Standard room and deluxe rooms are not upto the mark as per the tarrif. Never ever take the breakfast option. Service is very very slow and it's not a buffet. You need to satisfy your appetite with the limited menu but at the same time very costly. So overall experience is below average.
