Good morning!
The hotel you have arranged is horrible. At the time of booking it was mentioned that hotel will provide complimentary breakfast. But they are just providing 4 meals. There are 3 children with us between age 5-13. As per hotel our children will not be provided with meal. Its really horrible. The hotel experience is more than burst. After so much drama you should refund our money. As I have bring the matter in your knowledge immediately after checked in the property.

worst experience in my life... paid 3000 rs on 15-04-2022 instantly.... denied check-in... still did not get my money back....
