Worst hotel experience ever. The location is in the Basti area. room service is pathetic I had to remind reception 4 times for giving water towels. Cashier asked for cash payment for hotel services availed. would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

bad service, no power backup for ac or airconditioner but power back for staff uses ac like reception, staff ka room , no response on telcom, afterwards they say I am new employee 47 temprature and you sitting in room without ac and you pay rent of ac room just imagine

The best thing about hotel is food and hospitality, Very good staff and very good service. Only location of the hotel is not very good.

Varanasi is a holy place where you mostly remain outdoors.
Though the hostel/hotel starts from * /day to ** /day in this city but sometime when you usually stay in 4* or 5* hotels, it's hard to decide which hotel to choose since you need a clean room but doesn't want to spend **on hotel.
This is a new property and fill this gap.
