the receptionist at hotel entrance is very rude and arrogant. she shouted at me while asking for drinking water. the receptionist has no knowledge of sight seeing places, she talks rudely with everyone. there is totally unprofessional staff at hotel. there is continuously power cut at hotel approximately 10 times in a daythere is no single staff at swimming pool area, there is no towel available at swimming pool area, when i asked for towel at reception, receptionist ignored me and told me that why do you need hotel staff at swimming pool area?

Property is very beautiful. Rooms are huge & were in immaculate condition when we reached there. I visited there with 8 of my family members on Holi. Hotel had organized Gala brunch, rain dance & DJ which was very good. We even had a lovely time in the swimming pool area.

I would advice all not to book this hotel as it turned out so much more expensive for me during the new year week. My sister booked it directly from the hotel and it turned out almost 8-10k lesser cost wise. Im surprised why this happened as the new year gala dinner charges were not included despite me paying the hefty sum whereas my sisters booking was so much cheaper and yet included all the extra costs.
