rooms where very bad
outdated designs and very small bathrooms
didn’t even provide basic amenities.
most importantly price was too expensive for that kinda rooms.

Very unclean and unhygienic rooms. The staff was helpful. But had to be told. Rooms were dirty. The price reflects quality.

Reception ne room ka payment cash me le liya allredy paid hone ke badd bhi mere guest ko pata ni tha ki payment booking hui h unko pata hone ke badd bhi payment liya or abhi tak koi refund ni hua.

Our room had so many cockroaches in the washroom and the staff wasn't very helpful but kept making excuses. They moved us to a room nearby which had the king of all cockroaches. They also didnt honor the price we paid to Go ibibo and charged us 800 bucks extra at checkin. I have stayed at this place many times before and it used to be good but it has gone to shit now. Never coming there again.

We booked deluxe room but After chek-in, they gave us room with broken window,cockroches in the bathroom,ants in bed,curtains were not clean and many more....

Worst hotel ever. Images are so different from the actual hotel. Worst management, continuously asking for payments. Never ever going to the same hotel.

The check in time was 11 am they told me check in time is 12 and asked me if you want pay extra 200rs for early check-in which was 11:30am.
