I want to share my entire story.I had requested earlier for an early check in.When I entered the hotel with my family they denied.After that I requested the connect to the manager then he approved for early check in.After that the receptionist waits me for 10 min again I requested again he waits me for 15 min after that when I visited he called the staff and told him to ready the room.Means my early check in done at the same check in time.After that when I entered the room it was too dirty, ...more

Room was not worth the money. There were cheaper hotels. Though the room was cleaned, it looked dirty. Extra money was charged for the child. But extra towel or blanket was not kept. We had to ask for things again n again. There was communication gap among the staff. . They did not give AC remote for a long time. Breakfast of the hotel is not good only poha,bread sandwich & uttappam was available there with poor quality after waiting of 30 minit I am very much disappointed and feeling astonish after reach the hotel.

Very bad Experience. Bedsheet was with red spots. Blankets were smelling like pungent smell. Founded the worst things under pillows. not suggested for anyone.

Rooms were good but food need to improve in food department like: coffee which I ordered, cups were broken Room service team was helpful and accommodated all requests.

Hopeless service.zero cleanliness.no hot water.i asked for bisleri water and they gave me normal water for which they charged me for mineral water.first day when i checked in i was provided with only one towel,whereas we were two of us.only after asking twice was i provided with second towel and soap.I will never recommend this hotel to anybody.i hope you will take up this matter with the hotel authorities.
