The hotel had a terrible smell and resembled a bar. I do not recommend staying here to anyone. The staff appeared to be drunk, and we decided to check out immediately. As a result, we wasted the money we had booked for our stay and chose to stay at a different hotel.

first when we booked , and went to the room the bed had used bedsheets and pillow covers with hair on them. washrooms were not cleaned

i booked 3 rooms for my family and with my in-laws etc, stayed in room on 14 to 15th DEC 2024 because i visited nanjangud etc, but they gave us dirty pillows and add on bed, and the toilet was disgusting with a leaking jet at let corner room no near store room in 2nd floor,dont fall for photos uploaded in website, better do ur research before u stayi usually wont comment, but some where hotel team or service provider may take initavive to fix the small issue

The management is very poor, in my case they we’re not friendly, the staff were not hearing the requests and needs of the people,

Worst experience. They gave a room first, when complained about hot water issue, they changed the room at night 11 PM. There were cockroaches in the room. Restrooms weren’t neat and water jet wasn’t working. Reference images were taken when they were new but due to low maintenance, they are all very bad.
