Nice hotel with great views. Staff behaviour was prompt and extremely helpful especially Vinayak Thakur. Kids food and taste were given extreme importance and their personal attention in ensuring importance of our timely and preferred food grabbed satisfaction levels. Through out the stay there is not a single thing which felt short of expectations. Muneesh at reception was helpful too.

This hotel has an outstandting staff which is lead by Mr. Munish Sharma. Munish ji helped us in changing rooms with better view. All staff including house keeping, room service, restaurant service were very courteous, always with a smiling face and happy to help. Special thanks to Vikram ji who served us food everyday with a wide smile. The only downside is that the property feels very old and needs maintainance, especially the toilets which are very old. It would be the best package if the property is renovated But I will surely return for the amazing service!
