The location of the hotel was stunning! I was stuck between the mountains and the river. The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable for the three of us. Adil Hussain, the HK Manager, organised a gorgeous bonfire for us which was the icing on the cake! We ordered snacks at the bonfire and he served us there! In the cold winter wind, a warm bonfire was all that we needed. The food that we ordered was also quite delicious! Overall, the stay was absolutely wonderful with us having exactly what we wanted. A special thanks to Mr. Adil Hussain for that wonderful bonfire for us.

just returned from an amazing stay at hotel snowland, sonamarg — what a gem! the property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the river and snow-covered glaciers all around. we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which had a jacuzzi, beautiful interiors, and warm heaters — pure comfort. the staff? incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. and the food… absolutely delicious — the chef truly has magic in his hands. a memorable and heartwarming stay!

It was a great experience the hotel staff and facilities were amazing even arranged for cake when asked for . It was such a memorable stay better than any other properties available around. Much recommended

very bad experience . I booked premium delight room but initially they was giving premium deluxe ( lower category) then room next to construction where lot of noise was coming. I am waiting here from 1 hour and still they have not given us room.

Snowland is the best hotel to stay in, if you compare it with other hotels of same price range in Sonmarg. I suggest you book a room with River View Balcony to get the best of this hotel. Worth every penny.

We are a family of 4 stayed at Hotel snowland for 3 days. Room was comfortable. Hotel food is pretty decent. Thajiswa glacier is a right opposite to the hotel (1 hr hike).

I had booked rooms in Snowland but was moved to its budget wing called Sindh without any intimation. the toilets were unclean, towels were dirty. service was disastrous.. food was no up to the mark...overall not worth a fourth of what I paid!
