The experience was awesome, the resort was situated just few kilometres away from solang valley and had a lot of ice covering, the rooms were provided by heaters and the food service and quality was awesome

It was a great experience at your resort. The staff was very cooperative specially the restaurant staff. The food was excellent and the resort was well-maintained.

hello i booked deluxe room with river view in a nonrefundalble condition. but they refused to provide this category room.reception desk staff was rude and unprofessional.they charge a empty sum for one night stay that is around they behave as if it is a dhramsala stay.food quality was excellent.view and room interior not good.In my one week stay at manai this was the highest rated property but the poorest service in a holistic manner.

As per me they are the best resort in Kullu-Manali, have been visiting manali for quite some time now never got a top notch service. But SVR met all my expectations be it the view from the balcony, or the housekeeping guys, everyone was always eager to make our stay a pleasant one. The food they serve is just way too good, mutton they served on one of the dinner buffet nights was heavenly complimented to the chef too. it was awesome stay at resort. staff was very helpful. And singing and dancing show was organised. that was very amazing. Resort also have piano and indoor activities. That were very attractive.

Its was very nice to stay in solang vally resort the view is awsum ,food is also great ,but the service provided is not up to the mark as per room rates ,need to improve on customer srvice ,would rate this hotel 3/5

It was an amazing experience staying at Solang valley Resort...we were actually stuck due to heavy snowfall and decided to spend the night their/...The hotel is lil expensive though but it was a pleasurous experience....

Location was good. We tried food there, it was pathetic. Free WiFi/Internet facility was there, but we didn't used it. Security wise place was safe. There was one confusion created with check-out dates and for that we had paid extra amount.
