had an amazing stay! the room was spotless and luxurious, staff were friendly and professional, and the amenities were top-notch. great food, perfect location, and excellent service all around. truly a 5-star experience—highly recommended!

AMBIENCE:- ok. AMMENITIES: Basic amenities are present. However lift is switched on only on request. often we had to climb 5 floors to get to the room. FOOD:- in-house restaurant was not functioning when I visited with wife. April 2025. STAFF:- inefficent. POPULARITY:- very few guests. LOCATION:- near Bus Stand & Railway Station. 1/2 km from both. However socially, may not be suitable for a decent family. Ok for solo traveller. OVERALL:- HORRIBLE STAY. ADVISE:- SIMPLY AVOID. Remember, the booking once done cant be canceled. i visited from 8th april to 15th april 2025".

I could not travel but you made me to pay and book.But it wasn't refundable, great loss for me with out stay. You may compensate some how.

The room was good. Two days before my stay, on Thursday at 9:13 PM, I called the hotel and informed them that I had booked a Classic Non-AC room from March 29, 2025 (12 PM) to March 30, 2025 (11 AM). I also mentioned that I would be arriving around 11:30 PM or 12 AM and requested to check out at 1 PM without any extra charges. They agreed to this over the phone.
