talking about the Hotel you won't get any room heater or water heater even a towel forget about the other amenities. I had booked 2 Deluxe rooms and 1 super deluxe room in this hotel. But while checking in we got to know that there's no option for a Deluxe room in this hotel and the hotel person received the request for a standard room. while in both the attached booking details you can see the difference between deluxe and standard. I would request Goibibo not to do something like this to any of your customers. it's your wish if you want to ruin your day. Not worth the money you will spend.

Best hotel in sonmarg with complete facility, highly recommend to stay and enjoy your holiday. The staff were good. Owner is so humble and so cooperative. The only place to stay in Sonmarg. We booked for one day and stay two days. The oner Shahid is real man in sonmarg . The hotel was so clean and services are so fast . The view is also very beautiful from the hotel . This is new property , all things are new.
