We stayed at the property in a suite with my family. Nice property, well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and gives a fresh filling. The garden area is well maintained and full of greenery.
Though we didn’t use the pool, saw lot of guests using it.
The breakfast spread was mostly Indian, but good both quality and quantity wise. Service was prompt and polite.
In dinner, we preferred in-room dining. Quantity was more than normal but was pricey. Taste was below par. Hotel has to really ...more

worst staff ,they dosent have bicycle for kids. and they call again and again to pay me the room rent, but it was already payed. service is also worst.

Connecting Road from highway is not ready.
Staffs are not welltrained, Dont know how to handle guest complaints .
Swimming Pool is full of Insects and need to check the edge of the swimming pool , These are so sharp I got injured .
Didnt get buffet breakfast as per them occupancy is very low so alacarte is available .
Should have more lights in lawn and common area during nights. Looks dangerous and haunted as nearby area is jungle .
The guys who are in the front face(reception) are very unfriendly .

we had a wonderful family stay at hotel sonar bangla mayapur. the location is peaceful yet close to iskcon temple, ideal for a spiritual and relaxing trip. rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. staff were extremely courteous and helpful, especially in accommodating our toddler’s needs.

the hotels was stinking badly.the approach road to reception area had a very bad smell of sewerage line.
the person at the reception was very ill mannered & extremely rude.
the staff at the restaurant was not cooperative & unprofessional.
utmost disappointment with the service.

1) property is new and well made.
2) view of the lake and pool is mesmerising.
3) dine in service from the hotel was prompt.
4) most of the staff is well behaved.
5) swimming pool is one of the main usp’s of the property.
6) they provided early checkin (which is always welcome)
7) even for check-out no one was on our heads. half n hour extension was provided without any hassle.
