I had a pleasant stay with my family at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s located very close to Karol Bagh market, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend for families visiting the area.

Overall experience is good but Service is slow. Also faced hot water issues for shower. Otherwise room is actually nice.

My room AC was not working and after lots of arguments room changed . In other room water jug not working . outside room alcohol bottles are found which makes very uncomfortable when you visit with your family member.
