Decent hotel with good room but do not expect 5 star experience. Staff need to be warm and welcoming but some of their staff are not trained well especially at reception. There is no smart TV in the room which is quite common these days. One good thing was we were able to check in an hour early.

Rooms were not upto the mark. we wr told it's a 5star Hotel . But it didn't seem like that. Seems to be a very very old Hotel . No OTT Channels only cable tv available. Overall ambience not upto 5star

Room and service both were great. Jain Breakfast was specially served on request. Tourist attractions like Mysore Palace are nearby to hotel so recommend to stay here.

there was a fly in egg cheese omelet and after complaining they were offering more food. and before that there was raw potato in sabzi. so repetitive incidents of bad food.

hotel was clean, rooms were fine but breakfast buffet has very less variety in comparison to other 5 star hotels, service was slow, bed mattreses in the room were very uncomfortable. there were three bee hives in hotel.
