    When i booked the hotel there was complimentary breakfast mentioned in my booking but in the hotel complimentary breakfast was not offered and I have to pay extra money for my breakfast i am not sure who’s fault but I lost my money.

    Worst behaviour of Guest reason for ID are not in same address,but reason was not acceptable,immediately ask to vacate me but i fight and stay in hotel ,in my travelling experience this hotel too worst ,iam uncomfortable to stay in this hotel,you have to reply for this reason.Rooms are not clean ,dust was there

    Hotel was clean and near to Bus stand. Auto stand is nearby.food is ok ok. price is high based on provided facility.it was good one day stay overall.

    One should admire the Manager Mr.Mani who's striving to serve the Guests. Morning Breakfast is purely South Indian and many foreigners are also coming to Sivakasi. Tandoori or Grilled Items are delicious and Business Guests will definitely enjoy. Ample Parking Space with Security round the clock. I would have only one comment the Toilets needs drastic improvements. Also noted lot of mosquitoes in First Floor Rooms. Well done Sparkle Inn Team for your hard work to keep the Guests Happy..!!!

    Good hotel but little costlier for the amenities provided ...Very calm and clean atmosphere...food is very good at best price both veg and non veg...Staff are very courtesy....Morning breakfast is really worth enough..

    Hotel is centrally located.Good Parking space.Spacious Rooms.Comfortable cot.But not enough amenities in the rooms,rooms lacks little cleanliness and that finishing touch.Few staffs are ok,but the servicing staffs are not efficient enough.Overall the stay was good.
