The Property is not well maintained. The first room I was given had a faulty AC and water started leaking from the false ceiling. The Towel hanger in the bathroom was broken. The single Towel provided was not very clean and worn out . The hotel did immediately change my room when i complained. But he 2nd room also had a very noisy AC and I also saw a noticed a rat roaming around the false ceiling ledge. I checked out of the room after just a night even though i was booked for 3 nights. It was a stressful and unsafe experience at this hotel.

the rooms and amenities are amazing. had a hassle free booking experience via Goibibo and the stay was wonderful.
