The overall experience is pleasant, the staff is very friendly and supportive. The front desk manager is also friendly and ready to help.If you are looking for family stay then it is one of the best hotel in Leh. They have arranged the drop facility for airport in early morning with reasonable price. The stay and food quality is good staff are very cooperative. Overall nice and comfortable stay

we are really lucky to have this hotel at a reasonable price...a perfect stay at leh...our stay at leh is not the first time...the best experience in leh is the first time... the leh market is just walkable distance...the hotel service...the ambiance is just awesome... 100% recommend

The rooms at the ground floor were pathetic . The washrooms were stinking and didnt have proper amenities . The rooms had no light and the staff was not cooperative at all .
The buffet at the breakfast was really bad . The quality of food was bad

Overall hotel is very good but there is just one problem with the hotel . If you need hot water one has to open tap for around 30 min to get hot water , it means 100-150lts of water is wasted to get hot water . Management needs see this matter . Otherwise hotel is really good. Recommended

Their deluxe room is so bad which is at the ground floor and you shouldn't take that. You might feel some irritating sounds during night as well. Their superior room is fine however no lifts are there which is at the 2nd floor. We were shifted to deluxe room in the first day, which wasn't good.
Further, the morning breakfast is fine based on Ladakh standards however if you order something during the day, you might not get that as per your expectations.
