Overall staying experience was nice. Location is good. Breakfast was complimentary. Room was clean. All the amenities were working. Service was good.

After receiving hotel confirmation I called the hotel and a lady receptionist told me over the phone that they have not received mail yet. I told them that I hold a confirmation but she was not ready to accept. Than I forwarded a mail and they have taken immediate action to sort out my issues. Moreover hotel also insisted payments for my other food bills as and when consumed. I pay extra bills when I checkout. Demanding extra bill payments, there and than is an act of insulting the guest
