it's an average stay here.. basically it is a function Hall in ground floor.. rooms are in 2 nd floor. lift is available.. if you want to use gyeser for hot water. a/c must be switched off.. then only gyeser will work.. other wise it's ok for budget stay

Nice stay with this one. Staff are very cooperative . I prefer to stay here whenever i go to kanchipuram

Hi, Hope this message is useful for every individuals to know about the residency. I have recently visited ARC residency for two days stay. I had such a wonderful experience and staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and hygine with A/C and Neat restrooms and beside this you can walk for varadharaja perumal temple and you can find some restaurants also for food. Overall my family members everyone was delighted about our stay and this is one of the very good stay for your family.
