1. i have booked a room for 3 adults, but the small room was given with a double bed, but for the third adult they have given bed in the floor, after an extra bed in the floor, there is no space even for walking, because the room is very small.even the 3 adults/family room was available, he has refused to give .the main reason is we have booked room in online.it seems, if you book the room , they don't like it. 2. room ac was not working, after two hours rectified.3. in the morning we are not a ...more

Cons : Very poor service , No wifi , No intercom to call receptionist, Ac is also bluestar with broken swing and very low , no pantry and restaurant .
Pros : very big parking space , near to beach ( approx 2 KM) - relatively clean
Not worth the price , not value of money , will not recommend , it is basically a group booking kind of mass booking hotel with no proper amenities

first reception staff told tv is not available. after discussion with me tv is allowed but not proper recharge set top box so tv is not working, some receptions staff is not cooperate. especially night time room boys only there he is not taking proper action. staffs is not taking responsibilities.

rooms were clean spacious and comfortable but the hallways in common areas were dirty most likely because the hotel accommodates the tourists from various tour operators. have ample parking space and lift facility . Overall my experience was okay staff was friendly . bedsheets were not satisfactory though they provided washed ones but there is something off about them
