Full of mosquitoes, toiletry and towels are dirtyNo proper maintenance of electricity, backup generators turned on after 20 min of power cut, no neatness of washrooms, electric switch boards and socket are not working properly, no room service happened in my 2 days stay, cupboards are dirty, maindoorlock is almost broken, was too old

everything is good. But the reception girl who stayed in day time is not customer friendly. Her behaviour is just like boss and she feel by providing a stay is mercy to customer. she feel she is right always and want to teach customer.
