This is one of the poor property I have ever experienced in my entire life. Cockroaches in the serving trays were found, Electricity shortage, No roads to property and one has to drive through river and rocks damaging their vehicle. Owner is really unhelpful and ungrateful since according to her it was an off season and hence the property was ill-maintained. Poor sanitization. leaking bath accessories all over, bathtub was leaking and not working. AC was not working in the restaurant. VERY BAD PROPERTY AND OWNER. Only good about this hotel is their in-house staff named Rawat Ji, Jagdish etc.

room was clean and nice.. located in forest area alongside dry kosi river... bathroom seat need to be changed, bathtub was good. limited options in breakfast but taste was good.. overall little above average experice

A new hostess makes this place definitely better than what it earlier would have been. Property gives you a feel of Corbett, with its location besides a riverlet and forest just across the stream, which is frequented by leopards and even elephants and occasionally a tiger. Rooms are good and spacious, interiors are good, staff is friendly and accommodating. One thing they need to take care of is the maintenance of the bathroom fittings. हम चारलोगों ने अपना न्यू year सेलब्रेट के लिए यहाँ २ रूम्स बुक किए , और जब हम लोग यहाँ ३१Dec को चेक्किन के लिए पहुँचें तो इस होटल के ओनर ने हमको hotel मैं चेक्किन नहीं दिया क्यूँकि उन्होंने बहुत शराब पीं रखी थी ओर ऐसा कहा की मेरी गलती हो गयी ....confirm कर लिया ओर यहाँ मैं अपने दोस्तों के साथ newyear सेलब्रेट करूँगा तो मेरे पास आपके लिए रूम avilable नहीं है तो आपकि बुकिंग मैं कैन्सेल्ड कर rha हूँ
