I was very happy with the stay and all the facilities at the hotel. however due to some miscommunication from my end, they charged me for a complimentary meal and couldn't even try to resolve the issue.
system mei update ho gya to ab aapko paise dene padenge, very pathetic service at the billing time. don't give complimentary meal then

ROOM IS NOT TOP NOTCH BUT ACCEPTANCE. BUT TOILET IS NO GOOD, NO SPACIOUS, FLESH NOT WORKING PROPERLY, ROOM SERVICE IS NOT GOOD, NOT GIVING DRINKING WATER WITH OUT ASKING, BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD, ALSO I GOT A COCKROACH INSIDE RAITHA, DO NOT BOOK ROOM WITH BREAKFAST ITS NOT BUFFET, ONLY 2 MENU AVAILABLE, THERE A GOOD RESTAURANT NEAR WITH REASONABLE PRICE.

Very pathetic service
we asked for breakfast at 8.30 am.After 1 hour We couldn't get any breakfast
very poor and extremely pathetic service from this hotel.
