Staff service and hospital is very good. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Play area and garden Inside the premises adds good vibe. Restaurant was under renovation which was a down side. Location is very easy to reach from the lake.

I had a pleasant stay overall at SS Silver Oaks Resort in Yercaud, with positive experiences regarding room cleanliness, room services, and reception. However, it's unfortunate that you found the food lacking in taste compared to its pricing. Additionally, the issue with the Wi-Fi not working properly at night is inconvenient. Have you considered providing feedback directly to the management of the resort? It might help them address these issues for future guests.

The room was neat and clean but the lights inside the room were not adequate. 1 water bottle they served complimentary when the booking was for 2 adults. Service was quick, hotel staff were very decent and helpful. The food quality and taste was really good . Room service was quick. The morning breakfast buffet variety was very less .( And all South Indian veg food ) overall stay was decent .

Good service throughout from the check-in to check-out. Everything is available at the door step. You will be called from the restaurant which they are running in the ground floor once the foods are ready. Had a peaceful stay. Stayed in Deluxe suite room.

Location is good.
Amenities: Nothing much to offer.
Food: Below average food.
Room: Deluxe room . Rate is very high compared to amenities provided. No open balcony . Cost is very high.

Stayed here for a day, average place and price is bit on higher side, parking space available, food is okish.ground floor rooms doesn't have proper ventilation, Upper floor rooms are good.Overall average stay... no wow factor.
Would not suggest this for couple , can be good for family and solo travellers
