pillow covers and blankets seems to be washed not properly. mosquitoes were seen rest are all good service superb food is also good

Hotel management very poor. Food quality also very poor.survice boy is good. Hotel do not have kitchen.they bring food form out side.

Worst Experience This hotel does not have any complementary Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. They are arranging the complementary low quality lunch or dinner from nearby hotels which may upset our stomach or used to arrange only Biryani which is also very low quality. In breakfast, They are giving only 1 Dosa or 2 Poori & Sabji or 1 Plate Idli along with Tea and 1 Fruit. (Food quality is very bad and quantity is also very less.) This is the normal hotel, not the Fern group hotel. After booking room with breakfast with additional charges, no buffet breakfast, sending only 1 plate Idli or Wada or Dosa wrapped in news paper, sending tea after asking for it. Only 500ml non-branded water bottle complimentary. Tea coffee bags are not avilable. Room condition is not good, need to be painted. Hotel location is not traceable on maps, spent 20 min. to search it after multiple calls. This is avg. rate hotel.
