pathetic hotel with cockroaches in the room. Very disappointed with goibibo with having this hotel in their list.lost trust on go ibibo.
Room was dirty, unhygiene, cockroaches were present on the bed area and room. Room was dmeling bad. Corridor was also smelling badly.

my stay at hotel star paradise was very bad. though i booked for an ac room but they gave me a non ac room saying ac is not working. moreover the staff behavior was very rude and impolite. the staff was not helpful at all. i strongly advice guests not to book rooms in star paradise.

they changed our room twice due to non working of the AC and then gave us the room with only a double bed.. it was pre booked for 3 persons...
the room that we finally got had a working AC but no remote so the AC was stuck to 16°.. it's a nightmare to be here as right now we have to be here for 2 days...

5 minutes walk to new delhi railway station. Nice budget hotel. Please fix the tap, it's slightly leaking in room 102. Rest everything ok.
Near the railway station at walking distance. Low budget.

Very Good Hotel, Easily Accessible and Very Helpful Staff, Specially Mr. KAMESH is an Excellent Manager and also Very Helpful and Very Professional at Reception and His Team which included MAUSAM who is a very Energetic and Hardworking. Both of them deserves 5 stars. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
