very dirty hotel rooms are so much messy, switches broken , dirty spoty bedhseets. and early checking was denied by night shift staff

Fotos & originality are totally differntcheat with us at this timeWe can leave this hotel for today bookingBecause kal raat ko hum 12a.m hotel mei aaye theWith familyLekin sirf late night ki wzah se humne night adjust kiIs worst se worst hotel mei But today we cant afford and we will leave for the next hotel by his own expenditureAnd refund my buking of this star plaza hotelI will never be booked hotelsI m so much embarras in front of my family members

Worst hotel.. No TV, NO hot water on time.. Very small room... I stay for 3 nights but no linen change.

Worst ever I have seen, behaviour of staff is so rude specially, he doesn't know how to talk with customers, pathetic ever. Very rude behaviour even he using abused language. I am here with my family and kids. They even don't given bath soap, tawal, water, broken mirror, insects in bathroom , rats in room etc . even I don't have words to say about there pathetic services. even near by hoteliers, auto drivers also given same comments, even dharamshalas and home stays are much more clean and atleast person can able to stay. need your action on this now. Thanks Deepak.

It is located near railway & easy to reach there. The power points is loose in the rooms & there are also some problems in the washroom. But overall it is good hotel in these rate.
