lift was not working. room locks and people at reception having no clarity for bookings. no hoy water for bath in morning. I feel sick because of having cold water bath. water was leaking whole night. towel is very old and having black marks in it. overall not so good. do not choose to stay there.

Worst experience in my life, I never stay again in this hotel the hotel AC is not working. Bathrooms are not clean bad experiance

No remote for bedroom A/C and toilet flush is not working really a bad choice. The booking pictures and original rooms are day and night difference .
Toilet is the biggest problem, staffs are really arrogant when i ask some questions they don't answer it.

Stay was alright. Some staff were super polite while some were downright rude. First 2 rooms which were shown were unclean with dirty towels and missing items. 3rd room was pretty good.

great rooms, good staff and overall a nice a peaceful stay. would recommend if someone needs to stay for a quick business trip or just with family.
