Room was pathetic and staff was also rude. I booked 2 family super delux room and they gave me 1 family super delux room and one delux room...

Not up to the expecting. Seen good reviews but good in reality. Bath room not with proper fittings, door etc. Dining hall looks like garage. Need improvement in all. No tea pot in room. No miner water bottle.

It was a horrible experience while staying at Stay inn hotel. Cleaning was not good, cost is very high as far as services provided are concerned.No enough staff is available for service. Staff response is very poor. Overall the whole money wasted while staying in this hotel.

I stayed at the property for 2 nights. The room was good, however food was not worth the price it was sold for . Though the terrace was good for sitting, however do not take a room on the terrace because of the disturbance of all the people on terrace . If someone wants to visit the place finding peace, then surely its not the right place to stay as its located on the main highway . Lot of noises from vehicles and truck could be heard. Location is stunning. Morning view of the Himalayas from balcony and terrace was worth every penny. Staff behavior was also very good. we visited off season so they provided better room at the same cost. trustworthy. go for it.

The rooms were nice. The staff was very polite. There was no heater in the room, the heater was chargeable @ ₹200/night. The attached mini garden, the Himalayan view was very soothing.
