The hotel is situated around the hills with beautiful scenery. The room we stayed in was big with sit out area with big baclony. The hotel staff was courteous and helping. Overall, the property is a good place to stay and relax.

Had a below average experience, stayed there for 2 days, Few points : - Entrance road to resort is broken and in bad shape - Staff at the reception is not really trained, clueless when asked for any information. - Reached hotel around 4.30 pm and still room was not ready - Room allocated was on the far end of the resort and the passage pass through an old building (where possibly staff of the hotel stay ) and parking, Reaching there is not easy especially with kids and Sr citizen - Once checked- ...more

before reaching resort we all were stuck in traffic at mount abu road. then when we reached resort we all were very tired and wanted our room as soon as possible. my mobile was switched off we parked our car and reached reception for check in and requested to give the rooms fast but as per rules they first asked for id proofs we where 11 person and we gave him 7 ids and i told him remaining are in my mobile and i will give you once i reach my room and charge my phone but he refused to give my r ...more
