We really enjoyed the stay...It was a calm and composed place to spend a quality time with your loved once.. Hospitality and the service of this hotel was mind blowing,and most importantly the service rendered by the staff here is amazing, We liked Ms sweth so much and the way she spoke to us was wonderful... The stay was amazing. The staff was good. everyone including reception, shops and vendors were good, security at the gate is also very nice and kind. I want to specifically thank Shruti and Divyashree for her kind guidance. They accommodate us well. sterling ELK Hill is good to stay neat and clean with a good view of Ooty. The Travel Desk person is also explaining well about all the places. The cleaning staff is also very kind and helpful.
