The stay was pleasant, and the hospitality was warm. However, our room was located at the lower level, which made moving around a bit difficult, especially with a child. The High Tea experience could have been improved with a wider variety of snacks, as only cookies were offered. Dinner was predominantly North Indian, while breakfast featured some South Indian dishes, which were decent. A thoughtful gesture we appreciated was the complimentary milk provided for our child each day. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay!

good welcoming gesture .everyone is kind and polite , good ambience. we love all your warm treats especially shanina had done lovely welcome . we love the delightful dinner and breakfast made by extraordinarily chefs and really need to appreciate them .had good experience. balconies of each premium rooms needs to decorative with lights and greenery that will enhance the beautiful view from balcony .

location is good as it's next to ladies seat and other tourist attraction. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is great. kids are engaged with in house activities. views from room are beautiful and serene. cons: not suitable for aged folks and people with knee issues as there are too many stairs to climb and the stairs are very slippery. Rooms are not well maintained for a sterling brand. Approach road is very narrow and expect heavy jam during weekends.
