water is not regular, smell was so bad.. AC was also not working.. I don't recommend this at all... plz AVOID this

The best AC hotel u can get in goa very cheap and worth it.Very near to the Calungute and Baga Beach.Good for both longer and short stays.Must book it

As you enter the room he took 1000 rupees as deposit. He deducted some money. Tv wasn't working. We rented the bike but it stopped frequently. He didn't gave the packaged drinking water bottle.
