Rooms are okiesh , rooms service is very bad the staff is rude and they will not clean room
Everyday they only do once very unprofessional hotel no towel nothing brush is chargable

in your side location is 1.1 km Calangute beach to hotel and actual location is 2 km to Calangute beach to kamat hotel
address is not proper please mation the phases one
pool is not clean
no power back up
not good service

if there was an option of giving 0.0 star!let me start with a pros which is only 1 and that's the beautiful nature across the hotel and that's it no pros further.cons:1,got smelly, un-cleaned, un-hygienic and pathetic conditioned room2,very rude care taker never recommend him to anybody coz after we checked out he didn't even allow us to get our clothes changed in a proper room he sent us to common spitted common washroom.3.the care taker was so irritating that he kept on knocking the door 5 tim ...more

The rooms were not available even though we booked prior to our arrival. The owner had already lent it to someone else.
