cooler was not working, overall cleanliness was good , breakfast was average, staff was good , but in hot summer if cooler is not working then what is the use of all this goodness.

Parents stayed at this hotel during Kumbh. They were really happy with the service. The staff were really courteous. Highly recommend for a family's stay.
