I was charged more amount than what I booked. They Said they don't know anything You have to pay the amount otherwise we're not allowing you to stay.

Average , it is not hotel it is a lodge basically.The rooms are not clean.

Location and staff behaviour is A 1. But house keeping and maintenance is not upto the mark . I stayed in Room No. 17 for 4 days and lot of improvements were made on my suggestion . Management has to be more attentive . Its a good property with very good room size .

It is basically an old renovated hotel. It is near NIT more in Saraikaela, a little far from City centre. Room size is good but rooms are damp. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. It is new property listed under oyo, staffs are not well trained. Breakfast is of very basic nature. Overall budget hotel.
