The worst hotel i have ever seen. No mirror in wash room room nott cleaned worst amenities cant even stay for a day in this hell it is just like a septic tank

Pathetic room service. I ordered a biryani for which I had to wait for more than an hour after which I received the saltiest and worst biryani I ever had that’s not even the worst part after I complained I had to go through a heated argument with the staff and was forced to pay the bill. I also asked them to provide a bath towel for more than ten times but never received any.

Hotel took 800 Rupees extra for Kid however it was already booked. For future it should be cleared that amount should not charged more then booked amount. Near of Kolkata Metro and very convenient.

I have booked a room for 3 adults but junior executive room is not for 3 person as hotel manager informed to me. Wash room is not adequate.

Rooms are quite spacious. Location of the hotel makes it convenient and easy to reach through nearby metro, cab driver's familiarity with the location, and other public transport.

Very nice hotel and located in a convenient place.only 10 mins walk from Kalighat metro. Locality is peaceful and all modern amenities available here. Staffs were courteous. Floors are wooden and bathroom have modern fittings.Overall very nice experience.

The management and the owner is trying to make it world class, it must try to look after the inner walls to repair timely. staying experience is excellent and staffs called me and asked if I need anything to eat , it touched me. keep it up and encourage others to provide such facilities in the city.
