Location is good. But hotel is pathetic there is no water in the washroom. Dining area is very small breakfast is pathetic..

Not a pleasant stay. When a hotel leaves you with a feeling that you haven’t got what you paid for, it’s a bad hotel. I won’t recommend this. Just the location is very good.

Not worth the money, apart from how close it is to Juhu.
The room and the bathroom was a mess and poor quality. The geyser didn't work as expected.

do not go by the pictures. This is not One property. In one building they running 2 hotels, few foors are for sukh hotel and some floors are for kings hotel and they sharing same building it is so confusing, who does that ? Such a chaos. I booked it thinking it is a Resort as they listed but it is not a Resort it is not even a Hotel . Their standards are below average Hotel property .
