Stay is very good. Sultan's team is very good. Night event is must to watch. They provide jeep for safari ride and camel ride. I read review that they took mobile phone and put the reviews but this is wrong. They don't ask for any mobile from any customer. The staff is very polite and kind.

We had a very bad experience at Sultan Resorts. The Rooms are extremely dirty, stain and paint marks are present everywhere in the room. The bedsheet and blanket provided to us looked used and dirty with lipstick marks and food spill over marks.The washroom and toilet seat were dirty too with urine marks.All the door handles and lock were broken.What have been shown and mentioned are false. Clean tents, good food and excellent hospitality. The jeep and camel safari along with the cultural performance do add to the overall authentic desert experience. Definitely recommend to those traveling to Jaisalmer for a memorable sultan resort

Amazing experience, the tents are fully covered and they maintain proper hygiene , the staff is friendly and well mannered.The food served is delicious.They give Camel Safari and High Tea at Dunes. It relaxes you completely. We enjoyed a lot everyone should visit this place . Great place Thank you Team Sultan Resort Jaisalmer For This amazing Experience

One of the best resorts in jaisalmer sam area. Everything is super amazing about this place..be it staff, rooms, hospitality, events, food. Staff is very polite and it made sure we have a comfortable stay. Royal and luxurious treatment you can expect. Highly highly recommend this place. A must visit place

We had randomly selected this place to stay while travelling In Rajasthan. I must say that we really enjoyed the stay over here. .. . Rides were excellent in the dessert. Local people were also very cooperative. ... Food: 10/10 Stay: 10/10 Hygiene: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 .. .. Highly recommended Must stay in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

The best place in Jaisalmer I would say! I totally recommend this place and bet you won't be disappointed. Absolutely professional, very polite staff, super delicious food and great stay. Amazing Cultural Program, The camel safari was during the sunset and it was the most beautiful sunset ever..in the dunes! From the manager, to the chefs and kitchen staff to the housekeeping staff everyone were extremely polite and welcoming. I am never looking for another place ever on Jaisalmer whenever I go to visit there next.

We had a wonderful stay at Sultan Resort. These camps are luxurious and if you are with family and need a comfortable stay at tents , this is go to place . There was minimal cold that we could feel within tents. It is equipped with all facilities and even with a heater Breakfast , evening snacks and Dinner are complimentary and they organise traditional shows in the evening. The shows are managed on time from 7-10 pm Food is descent and non spicy. We did not have have any issues with our kid and she was comfortable !!
