Hotel is situated above a multiplex theatre. so not at all a peaceful environment to stay. the door knob was broken. Cup board/ almirah did not have doors to close it. No hot water provided in the morning to bath in this cold weather. Very bad experience. Check rooms before check in.

Large Rooms with large glass windows, having a nice green view of the Vidhan bhawan and the greenery around it. A beautiful courtyard greets you upon entrance.

no phone. no running water. no restaurant. they don't provide lift from 12 midnight to till 6 am. the restaurant is in the 10th floor. imagine the ordeal one has to suffer after midnight. for a 4 am flight i vacated at 11.45 pmππ
avoid no phone. it was a auto spell error ππ

There are 2 good things
1. Location its on main road and was near to mahatma mandi where i was going
2. Room size was quite good.
But rest is not upto mark
1. There is no restaurant in the hotel and have to walk for even tea/ coffee for 100 meter.
2. Hotel lift was not working and have to wait for 15 - 20 min for it
3. Hotel Lift has off time 12 midnight to 6 am but was not even working after 6 am and have to get down few floors to take up diff lift.

The kitchen was very dirty, there was smell of smoking in room when we checked in, the room was making a lot of noise, did not give towel even after 6 hours of checking in and they even talked very rudely and even the room that was booked for us was given to someone else and we had to wait for 1 hour before getting a room. Really bad experience

There was Issue of water. There was Issue of not clean room. The Fan of ceiling was to noisy. Pigeon were inside the POP Ceiling.

No proper water bottles for drinking. Towels were thin and short, water in bathroom stopped in middle of using it.
No phone to call Reception. Wouldn't stay or recommend
