Very poor service
The rooms are clean but the service is very poor. The bar is also not up to the mark. Mineral water bottle 1ltr cost 30rs instead of 20rs.

Damn Bad Hotel...only good thing is the rooms are pretty big.. one star for thateverything else is bad...1. room filled with dust2. toilet has plenty of women's hair3. check in was denied as booked from goibibo4. room service is ultra late. had to ask multiple time5. asked for tandoori roti from the menu, but they've only tawa roti as the tandoor was damaged, but they're charging the price for tandoori roti.

most horrible experience I have, with my family! Window was broken. Dirty bedsheet. 3rd grade food. Hotel stuffs was entering my room, without mask. They gave us dirty and broken plate. It seems like, hotel management totally unaware of covid 19!! I have 2 days booking, but we are forced to leave this . If you wish to have near- death experience, then plese go to HOTEL SUMANDEEP 😆

Pathetic.
1. They don't provide you rooms even you have confirm booking. so think twice before booking this hotel. you will not get any hotel nearby as well. they take advantage of that and then you have to adjust with extra floor mat.
2. Pathetic service starting from reception to kitchen. there is no manager in hotel who can take responsibility of anything. you will not get basic aminities in your room bathroom after requesting several times.

room was clean, but door mats were not clean at all, very bad smell was coming out of it. window glass was broken, so no point running the ac.
food was good and priced all right.

They didn't have any bar facility otherwise overall stay was normal.
