Except facade paint everything is crumbling in this hotel , it's a 20 year old property with 0 upkeep , paint id peeling off in all rooms and stinking everywhere, service level is also very poor in spite of charging, not a drop of water was there in room and I had to get water bottles billed ,very horrible stay I don't know why Goibibo certified this property to lure customers, totally waste of money.

Room is good and spacious they have provide extra mattress also, but Ac in the not worked properly, that is the only concern.

room service nt good the lady at the reception says plzz adjust instead of giving solution for problem we are facing ...we always stay here never faced issue this time it is worst in ,one room ac nt working then shifted to new room where water is leaking , no tv , ac remote nt working ..I m totally upset this time

Perfect location. Within walkable distance from Krishna Temple and bus stand. Helpful staff. Clean and well maintained rooms and corridors. It has a restaurant too which has a ₹100 banana leaf meal which is totally worth it. Many other restaurants are within walking distance.
Overall a great budget friendly hotel. I will certainly book here again when I visit Udupi the next time.
Location, friendliness of the staff, clean rooms and food in the restaurant.

Perfect location. Within 300m from bus stand and Krishna Temple. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Restaurant was also very good. Their Banana Leaf Meal for ₹100 is great value for money. Many other good restaurants are also within walkable distance.
Overall a great budget friendly hotel with perfect location.

The room was average and the only advantage was the proximity to the Krishma Temple.
Other than that it is not worth the amount they charge for a Non AC room.
for 2 nights it costed above 4k.
The room smelled as if it was infestated with cockroaches.
The linen was not clean.
They didn't even provide a bottle of water.
water had to be purchased from their restaurant and for a 2 L bottle which is usually 30-35 rupees they will bill you 45.
