Hotel should provide refundable booking option, I checked out a day prior to my scheduled check out date, but still did not get any refund for 2 rooms booking i.e Rs. 4000

It was good but their cab facility was very bad driver was rude behaviour and waste of money by cab tour because they are very hurry to reach hotel instead of focus on tour

The hotel is good, room service was good, food was average, extra charges for bigger room and heater. Staff behaviour was good.
The hotel is very interior to the main road.

Its a budget hotel and very good location near to mall road. The service given by manager and staff was excellent. Highly recommend for someone who is looking for budget travel.

Good & supporting staff. Good view of the cliff. Near Mall road & Hidimba temple. Privacy is okay. Vehicle accessible..Not as large as shown in photos.. No power backup.. during our stay electricity cutoff very often.. No attached restaurant.. Though it says pure veg, If you are a pure vegetarian consider yourself eating outside as it gets its food from veg & non veg restaurants. geyser takes substantial time to heat the water.. So, plan accordingly..

very nice and beautiful hotel. it is full of accommodation, hot and cold water supply is available. food is also tasty. staff is cooperative specially their behavior is highly admirable. it is near to Mall Road so you can enjoy here at anytime. once again thanks sunlight, and specially Mr Dushant.

It was fine experience overall. In room dining facility was available. Food were delicious. Staff were good. Lighting in the room could have been better. Sunlight hotel is located around 100 mts away from mall manali.thanks goibibo
