very slow room service,in TV only free channels are available,they couldn't able to give me Zee Tv in my demand.They charged me extra Rs600 from me as I booked the double occupancy room as single but we occupied double

location is good, close to markets, kalighat metro. staffs were courteous. toilets weren’t clean. stains on the cover. close to udupi hotel for good vegetarian food.

Hotel location is very prime but housekeeping is not so hygienic...they didnt change bed sheet for past three night.just trun arround when i say for change ....deluxe room r too small..otherwise staff are supporting and gentle
