It was below average stay. Very pathetic room and bathroom. Bathroom was ok type cleaned. But room was very very compact that we were not available to open luggage even. Room panelling was broken. Bedsheet was not even washed. Only one room had gyser. other rooms had set tyming to use hot water. We had booked for 2 days. but within 1 day we have to left this hotel. Location was very good, due to it we booked but hotel was terrible. We can't say it as hotel. It was like lodge. Hospitality was great. Due to hospitality and location 2 star.

Best place to stay in Pahalagam if u r looking for budgeted hotel, Hotel is near to Main market , Rooms are nice and clean and gives u luxury feeling, Hotel staff are very helpful, best part is that hotel located near to river where u can enjoy with your family in garden, Nice view from Hotel, suggested to book the room without breakfast due to very limited options in food

Good hotel , river side , soothing view Value for money we were 9 guest , helpful staff 5/5 , food quality was good enough 4/5 , sufficient quantity was provided . I would prefer to stay there again..!

The location of the hotel is the best location right on river side. The lawn of the hotel is one of the best location of pagal gam. We take food in the hotel which is very good. The owner of the hotel is very helping nature. From hotel betab vally is very near.
